Directions

  1. 1Place two packs of boursin cheese into a shallow dish.
  2. 2Mash the cheese using the back of a spoon until it is in an even layer.
  3. 3Dice and seed three roma tomatoes.
  4. 4In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, balsamic glaze, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5Mix well.
  6. 6Spread the tomato mixture over the mashed cheese.
  7. 7Garnish with fresh basil.
