Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip
Directions
- 1Add a bag of cranberries to the food processor.
- 2Add one to two jalapenos (depending on your preference for spiciness) to the food processor.
- 3Add a handful of cilantro to the food processor.
- 4Pulse the ingredients in the food processor until they are finely chopped.
- 5Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- 6Finely chop 1/4 cup of green onions.
- 7Add the chopped green onions to the bowl.
- 8Add 1 cup of sugar, a pinch of salt, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to the bowl.
- 9Mix all the ingredients gently.
- 10Spread 8 ounces of whipped cream cheese in a dish.
- 11Spread the cranberry mixture on top of the cream cheese.
- 12Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
