Add the ground beef pork blend, diced Maui onion, panko breadcrumbs, cocoa aminos, Heinz chili sauce, eggs, whole milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and green onions into a mixing bowl.
Use hand mixers to mix all the ingredients together until happy with the consistency.
Form the mixture into four individual loaves (or one large loaf) and place them in a loaf pan or on a baking sheet.
Prepare the glaze by combining drained crushed pineapple, chili sauce, and barbecue sauce in a separate bowl and whisking them together.
Brush the glaze over the top of the meatloaf loaves.
Bake the meatloaf in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 45 minutes, or until cooked through.
Serve the Hawaiian meatloaf on a bed of rice, topped with more green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
