Big Mac Meatloaf

Directions

  1. 1Add 2 lbs of ground beef to a mixing bowl.
  2. 2Whisk two eggs and add them to the bowl.
  3. 3Add 1 cup of fresh breadcrumbs (from torn hamburger buns) to the bowl.
  4. 4Add about a half a cup of diced onion to the bowl.
  5. 5Add a quarter cup of mayonnaise, two tablespoons of ketchup, a teaspoon of garlic powder, a teaspoon of onion powder, a teaspoon of salt, and a half a teaspoon of pepper to the bowl.
  6. 6Add 8 oz of shredded deli American cheese to the bowl.
  7. 7Add about a half a cup of cut up hamburger dill chips to the bowl.
  8. 8Using your hands, mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  9. 9Divide the mixture and massage it into two loaves on a baking sheet.
  10. 10Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the loaves.
  11. 11Throw the loaves in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until done.
  12. 12While the loaves are cooking, prepare the Big Mac sauce: combine 1 cup of mayo, a quarter cup of sweet relish, one or two tablespoons of grated onion, a teaspoon of paprika, a teaspoon of onion powder, about a half a teaspoon of salt, a half a teaspoon of garlic powder, and two teaspoons of yellow mustard.
  13. 13Mix all the sauce ingredients together.
  14. 14Once the meatloaves are done, serve them on a bed of lettuce.
  15. 15Cover the meatloaves with the homemade Big Mac sauce.
