Melt two tablespoons of unsalted butter in a pan.

Add one large chopped onion and one chopped bell pepper to the pan.

Sweat the vegetables down until cooked.

Add two pounds of 90/10 ground sirloin to the pan.

Break up the ground sirloin and brown the meat thoroughly.

Once the meat is browned, add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.

Add two tablespoons of brown sugar.

Add two tablespoons of W sauce (Lea & Perrins).

Add one teaspoon of garlic salt.

Add two teaspoons of black pepper.

Add one teaspoon of smoked paprika.

Add one cup of ketchup.

Add two tablespoons of yellow mustard.

Add one cup of tomato sauce.

Mix all ingredients together very well.

Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for a little while until it reaches your desired consistency.

Brush buns with melted unsalted butter.

Place some of the sloppy Joe mixture onto a toasted bun.
