Pour enough enchilada sauce to cover the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.

Plop scoops of refried beans into the enchilada sauce, one scoop for each piece of chicken.

Place a piece of chicken on each pile of beans.

Season the chicken generously with taco seasoning.

Drop a block of softened cream cheese into a mixing bowl.

Add a can of diced green chilies.

Add a cup of shredded cheese.

Add a quarter cup of the enchilada sauce.

Add a tablespoon of taco seasoning.

Whisk all the sauce ingredients together until beautifully combined.

Plop a scoop of the sauce mixture on top of each piece of chicken.

Spread the sauce mixture out on top of the chicken.

Bake the dish in the oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Cover the baked dish with shredded cheese.

Return the dish to the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the chicken is cooked through.

Take the dish out of the oven.
