Directions

  1. 1Add cream to the frying pan.
  2. 2Add chili crisp to the cream.
  3. 3Add chopped kale to the cream and chili crisp mixture.
  4. 4Crack two eggs into the pan.
  5. 5Cook the eggs until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny.
  6. 6Sprinkle sesame seeds and black pepper over the eggs.
  7. 7Toast sourdough bread.
  8. 8Place the cooked eggs and kale mixture onto the toasted sourdough bread.

  • 1 handful kale
