Cheesy Potatoes and Kielbasa
Directions
- 1Spray a crockpot with cooking spray and add one bag of frozen potatoes.
- 2Slice kielbasa into rounds and pour them into the crockpot.
- 3Add 1 can of cream of chicken and 1 packet of ranch dressing seasoning.
- 4Stir everything together.
- 5Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- 6Top with 1 cup of shredded Colby Jack cheese.
- 7Let it sit in the crockpot for a few minutes until the cheese has melted.
- 8Add some chopped green onions.
