Directions

  1. 1Place 1.5 pounds of thin cut boneless pork chops in a baking dish.
  2. 2Add 16 ounces of sour cream and 1 packet of French onion soup mix. Mix until combined.
  3. 3Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the pork chops.
  4. 4Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. 5Remove foil, sprinkle crispy fried onions on top, and bake for 10 more minutes or until pork is done.
  6. 6Serve with rice
