Jerk Salmon Stuffed Shells

Directions

  1. 1Remove the skin from the salmon
  2. 2Cut the belly fat off the salmon and cut into nice sized portions
  3. 3Season the salmon with oil, Kinder's Buttery Garlic & Herb seasoning, NOMAD Caribbean Seasoning Jamaican Jerk, smoked paprika, Greek seasoning, and traditional jerk seasoning.
  4. 4Rub the seasoning into the salmon.
  5. 5Dice bell peppers and onions.
  6. 6Chop the baby spinach.
  7. 7Put jumbo shells in salty boiling water.
  8. 8Cook the salmon for about four to five minutes on each side.
  9. 9Add bell peppers and onions to the pan, follow by baby spinach.
  10. 10Cook the remaining spinach and add heavy cream.
  11. 11Mix in seasonings.
  12. 12Add parmesan and colby jack cheese.
  13. 13Add jerk seasoning.
  14. 14Break down the salmon.
  15. 15Mix in bell peppers, onions, spinach, soften cream cheese and colby jack.
  16. 16Add sauce to the bottom of the pan.
  17. 17Stuff jumbo shells.
  18. 18Add sauce and colby jack cheese on top.
  19. 19Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
