Directions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2In a bowl, mix together 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of protein, 1/4 tsp baking powder, and 1/4 tsp baking soda.
  3. 3In a separate bowl, cream together 3/4 cup of softened butter, 1/2 cup stevia, 1 whole egg, 1 egg white, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
  4. 4Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. 5Roll the dough into small balls and coat them with flour to prevent sticking.
  6. 6Roll out the dough and use cookie cutters to create desired shapes.
  7. 7Sprinkle the cookies with sprinkles.
  8. 8Bake at 350°F for 5-8 minutes.

Tips
