Directions

  1. 1Soak the quinoa in water overnight to remove any bitterness.
  2. 2Toast the quinoa on the stove until they’re popping.
  3. 3Melt the chocolate and stir in the peanut butter.
  4. 4Add the toasted quinoa, hemp seeds, and nuts to the melted chocolate mixture.
  5. 5Pour the mixture into silicone ice cube trays.
  6. 6Place in the fridge to firm.
  7. 7Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.

  • 0.5 cup dry quinoa
  • 1 water
  • 180 g dark chocolate (70-85%)
  • 0.5 cup natural peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp nuts of choice
