Directions

  1. 1Cut a block of bread into slices.
  2. 2In a bowl, mix bread slices with eggs, salt and milk.
  3. 3Blend the mixture.
  4. 4In a pan, melt sugar to make caramel.
  5. 5Pour the caramel into a baking pan.
  6. 6Pour the blended mixture through the sieve into the baking pan.
  7. 7Steam the mixture until cooked.
  8. 8Let it cool completely.

  • 8 slices slices of bread
  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
