Directions
- 1Boil and mash potatoes.
- 2Add cornstarch, salt, garlic powder, and pepper to mashed potatoes and mix well.
- 3Roll the mashed potato into balls.
- 4Make a small indentation in each ball and insert a small piece of cheese.
- 5Coat the potato balls in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
- 6Arrange the coated potato balls on a baking sheet.
- 7Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes.
- 8Decorate the potato balls to look like capybaras using mashed potato and soy sauce for the mouth and mayonnaise mixed with black food coloring for the eyes.
