Directions

  1. 1Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.
  2. 2Boil the potatoes in a pot until tender.
  3. 3Mash the potatoes using a potato masher in a glass baking dish.
  4. 4Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  5. 5Mix in flour until a dough is formed.
  6. 6Roll out the dough into a log and cut it into small pieces.
  7. 7Use a fork to create ridges on each piece.
  8. 8Fry the potato pieces in hot oil until golden brown.
