  1. 1Dice your cucumbers and green onions.

  3. 3In a bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and honey to make your glaze.
  4. 4In a new bowl, add your chicken thighs, soy sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger, and rub into the chicken thighs, then set aside.
  5. 5Place the marinated chicken thighs flat on a piece of parchment paper.

  7. 7Place the chicken thighs with the parchment paper into your air fryer at 370°F for 17-20 minutes.
