Crispy Chicken Wings

Directions

  1. 1Season your wings with salt and let them sit for a couple of minutes.
  2. 2Combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour and 1 cup of cornstarch in a bowl.
  3. 3Season the dry mixture with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4Whisk the dry ingredients together.
  5. 5Transfer half of the dry mixture to another bowl.
  6. 6Add water to one of the bowls with the dry mixture and whisk until you get a smooth batter.
  7. 7Pat your wings dry using paper towels.
  8. 8Toss your wings in the wet batter.
  9. 9Then toss the battered wings into the dry flour mixture.
  10. 10Fry the wings until they are nice and golden brown.
  11. 11Remove the fried wings from the oil using a strainer.
  12. 12Serve the crispy wings and toss them in your favorite sauce.
