Ingredients
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 cup finely diced dill pickles
0.25 cup finely diced sweet onion
3 tbsp dill pickle juice
1 tsp dried dill
0.5 tsp coarse salt
pepper
Tips
This dip is best if you cover it and let it chill for about an hour.
Let it stand for 10 minutes after chilling so it's softened.
You can enjoy it right away if you can't wait.
Serve with crackers, chips, veggie sticks, or pretzel rods.
Always make a double batch because it's always the first to go.
