Dill Pickle Dip

Directions

  1. 1Start with an 8 oz brick of softened cream cheese and mash it up.
  2. 2Add in one cup of very finely diced dill pickles.
  3. 3Add in a quarter cup of very finely diced sweet onion.
  4. 4Add three tablespoons of dill pickle juice.
  5. 5Add one teaspoon of dried dill.
  6. 6Add half a teaspoon of coarse salt.
  7. 7Add a little bit of pepper.
  8. 8Cover the dip and let it chill for about an hour.
  9. 9Let it stand for 10 minutes so it's softened before serving.
  10. 10Serve with crackers, chips, veggie sticks, or break thick pretzel rods into thirds.
