Creamy Bourbon Chicken

Directions

  1. 1Season your chicken thighs with onion, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  2. 2Cut your chicken up.
  3. 3Sear chicken in oil until golden and cooked through.
  4. 4Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. 5In the same pan, sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  6. 6Pour in bourbon and simmer 2–3 minutes to burn off the alcohol.
  7. 7Add butter and heavy cream — stir until it turns smooth and creamy.
  8. 8Stir in brown sugar, vanilla, ketchup, hot sauce, and vinegar.
  9. 9Let the sauce cook down 5–7 minutes.
  10. 10Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  11. 11Return chicken to the pan and let it simmer in the sauce.
  12. 12Plate it up and hit it with chopped green onions on top for that fresh pop.
