Directions
- 1Drizzle hot honey on parchment paper.
- 2Spread the honey with a spoon.
- 3Place apple slices on top of the honey.
- 4Add slices of brie cheese.
- 5Add more hot honey on top of the brie cheese.
- 6Cover with a puff pastry sheet.
- 7Press down the edges of the puff pastry.
- 8Brush with egg wash.
- 9Bake until golden brown.
- 10Enjoy your brie and apple upside down puff pastries.
