2Mix together salt, garlic powder, pepper, and baking powder. Toss the chicken in the seasoning to coat evenly.
3Arrange the chicken wings at least one inch apart on a wire rack and bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes.
4For the ranch dressing, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, dill, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
5After 30 minutes, flip the chicken wings over and bake for another 20 to 25 minutes. Position the rack above the middle but not all the way at the top.
6For the buffalo sauce, melt some butter, then add Frank's RedHot, Worcestershire, Dijon mustard, and Tabasco.
7Toss the cooked wings in the buffalo sauce or serve naked and dip them into the sauce.
