Directions

  1. 1Pour a generous amount of olive oil into the bottom of a 12-inch cast iron skillet.
  2. 2Unroll the refrigerated pizza crust and place it down in the skillet.
  3. 3Work the pizza dough into the skillet until it molds to the shape of the skillet.
  4. 4Spread any olive oil that spills on top of the dough evenly.
  5. 5Spread pizza sauce or marinara sauce evenly on top of the dough, ensuring not to add too much to prevent a soggy pizza.
  6. 6Add freshly shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  7. 7Top the pizza with pepperoni or your desired toppings.
  8. 8Sprinkle a little parsley over the pizza.
  9. 9Bake the pizza at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes.
  10. 10Once done, instantly remove the pizza from the skillet and let it cool on a wire rack to achieve a nice crispy crust.
