Creamy Garlic Mushroom Pasta

Directions
- 1Place sliced mushrooms in a baking dish.
- 2Add sliced red onions and fresh thyme.
- 3Drizzle with olive oil.
- 4Mix the ingredients using your hands.
- 5Add cream cheese and a whole garlic head, cut the top off.
- 6Drizzle with olive oil again.
- 7Roast the mixture.
- 8Squeeze the roasted garlic.
- 9In a bowl, add pasta and baby spinach.
- 10Mix all ingredients together.
- 11Serve and enjoy!
