  3. 3Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum
  4. 4Masukkan daun salam, penyedap rasa, gula, garam
  5. 5Aduk hingga rata
  6. 6Masukkan tempe yang sudah digoreng dan digeprek
  7. 7Aduk rata hingga matang
  8. 8Tambahkan bawang prei
  9. 9Aduk rata

  • 8 buah lombok abang
  • 5 buah lombok rawit
  • 5 buah lombok ijo
  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 3 siung bawang merah
  • 2 lembar daun salam
  • 1 sachet penyedap rasa
  • 1 sdt gula pasir
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 1 batang bawang prei
  • 2 sdt minyak goreng
