Muffin Tin Mini Pies
Directions
- 1Place puff pastry in a greased muffin tin.
- 2Add blueberry pie filling to some of the pastry cups.
- 3Add peach pie filling to some of the pastry cups.
- 4Add cherry pie filling to the remaining pastry cups.
- 5Cut the pastry sheet to separate the individual pies.
- 6Seal the edges of the pastry to create individual pies.
- 7Brush with egg wash.
- 8Sprinkle with shimmering white sugar.
- 9Bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes.

- 1 can peach pie filling
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 egg
- 1 small jar shimmering white sugar
