Street Corn Dip
Directions
- 1Add cream cheese, cut up block of pepper jack cheese, fresh grilled corn cut from the cob, chopped up cilantro, one cube of Velveeta, sour cream and Tajin seasoning to the foil tray
- 2Throw it on the grill or easy bake oven at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes
- 3Use a spoon and mix it up
- 4Give it 15 more minutes in the heat
- 5Top with a little more love and dive in with a sturdy chip
