1Cut the chicken breast into thin slices. Then move it to a bowl. Add soy sauce, cooking wine, baking soda, cornstarch, white pepper, and salt. Mix well.
2Thinly slice the sweet onion and chop the cabbage.

4Chop the green onions into three sections.
5Prepare the sauce: mix light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, grated garlic, ginger, white pepper, sugar, and MSG in a bowl. Mix well.
6Bring water to a boil in a wok. Cook the noodles for 20 seconds, then remove and rinse under cold water.
7Add the chicken to the wok and cook for about 60 seconds until cooked through. Remove and drain.
8Add oil to the wok, then add the vegetables.
9Once the vegetables soften, add the sauce around the edge and toss to combine.
10Toss in the noodles and chicken, then add the green onions.
