Chop celery, cabbage, and garlic.

Prepare the orange chicken sauce: Combine orange zest, orange juice, chicken stock, soy sauce, sriracha, hoisin, garlic, stevia, corn starch slurry, and rice vinegar. Whisk well.

Cook the vegetables (celery, cabbage, carrots) in a frying pan.

Add aromatics to the pan.

Pour the sauce into the pan with vegetables.

Add 2.5 oz of high protein pasta to the pan.

Prepare the orange chicken sauce (for the chicken): Combine ingredients as listed above, omitting the orange zest and juice.

Cut 6 oz of chicken into pieces and dip them into a mixture of egg and cornstarch.

Air fry chicken at 450 for 15 minutes.

Let the sauce simmer and thicken.

Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and mix well.

Combine the chicken and sauce mixture with the chow mein noodles.

2 tbsp orange zest
1 medium orange
25 ml chicken stock
30 ml soy sauce
2 tbsp siracha
1 tbsp hoisin
1 garlic
4 tbsp stevia
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 celery
1 cabbage
1 carrots
1 green onion
