Directions
- 1Chop the dark chocolate bar into small pieces.
- 2Combine the chopped chocolate with cocoa powder and instant coffee in a bowl.
- 3Melt and brown the butter in a pan.
- 4Pour the butter over the cocoa powder mixture and stir to combine.
- 5In a separate bowl, mix together white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs until fluffy.
- 6Combine the two mixtures together.
- 7Fold in the flour and chopped chocolate chunks.
- 8Scoop the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- 9Bake the brownies.
- 10Top with a pinch of sea salt before serving.
