Biscoff Banana Pudding

Directions
- 1In a mixing bowl, combine condensed milk, water, vanilla pudding mix, and vanilla bean paste. Whisk until smooth.
- 2In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- 3Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
- 4Peel and slice the bananas.
- 5Crush a portion of the mini Nilla wafers and Biscoff cookies in a bowl.
- 6Assemble the pudding in a glass dish, starting with a layer of cream, then drizzling with Biscoff cookie butter, and adding cookies and banana slices. Repeat layers until the dish is filled.
- 7Top the pudding with the remaining crushed cookies.
- 8Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate until the cream has set and cookies have softened.
- 9Use an ice cream scoop to serve the pudding into cups, and garnish with a whole Biscoff cookie.

- 4 banana

- 1 squeeze bottle biscoff cookie butter
