Chicken Cobbler

Directions

  1. 1Melt a stick of butter in a 9x13 dish.
  2. 2Add shredded rotisserie chicken to the dish.
  3. 3Add a bag of frozen vegetables (peas and carrots preferred) to the dish.
  4. 4Season with Kinder's Roast Chicken seasoning and pepper.
  5. 5In a measuring cup, add two cups of milk and a box of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix, including the seasoning packet.
  6. 6Whisk the milk and biscuit mix together.
  7. 7Pour the biscuit mix over the chicken and vegetables without mixing.
  8. 8In the same measuring cup, add two cups of chicken stock or broth and a can of cream of chicken soup.
  9. 9Whisk the chicken stock and soup together.
  10. 10Pour the chicken stock and soup mixture over everything in the dish without mixing.
  11. 11Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F (175°C) for about an hour to an hour and 10 minutes.
  12. 12Let the cobbler sit for about 10 to 15 minutes after baking before serving.

Tips

  • You can season the dish however you like.
  • If you don't like peas and carrots, use whatever vegetables you prefer.
  • Cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup can be substituted for cream of chicken soup.
