Add 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate and 0.5 cup of butter to a Pyrex measuring cup.

Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave.

Let the melted chocolate and butter cool for 5-10 minutes.

Divide the marshmallows into two equal parts into separate measuring cups.

Add half of the cooled chocolate mixture to one of the marshmallow portions.

Mix the marshmallows and chocolate together.

Place a large sheet of wax paper on a cutting board.

Spread 0.5 cup of graham cracker crumbs on the wax paper.

Pour one of the chocolate marshmallow mixtures onto the graham cracker crumbs.

Gently form the mixture into a log shape with your hands.

Tips
Use colored mini marshmallows to get the stained glass window effect. If you use white marshmallows, you won't get this effect.
Let the melted chocolate and butter cool for 5-10 minutes before adding it to the marshmallows, otherwise the hot mixture will melt them.
Grease your hands to avoid a mess when forming the log, or simply use clean, dry hands.
Chill the logs in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours, or ideally overnight, before slicing.
