Directions
- 1Place butter and sugar in a bowl.
- 2Microwave the butter and sugar until melted and shiny.
- 3In a separate bowl, add eggs.
- 4Add cocoa powder to the eggs.
- 5Add salt and baking powder to the egg and cocoa mixture.
- 6Mix the egg mixture well.
- 7Combine the egg mixture with the butter and sugar mixture.
- 8Mix until combined.
- 9Chop the Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate.
- 10Add flour to the brownie batter.
- 11Gently mix the flour into the batter, do not overmix.
- 12Pour the batter into a 9x9 baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- 13Add the chopped Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate to the top of the batter.
- 14Bake at 350 for 28-30 minutes.
