Blend Quinoa, mixed Moong dal and urad dal, and Methi seeds with small amount of water to form a smooth paste and let it ferment overnight.

Once the batter is fermented, add salt and mix well.

Prepare the filling by mixing chopped onion, capsicum, carrot, parsley/coriander, crumbled paneer, salt, red chilli flakes, and oregano.

Oil the sandwich maker and add a ladle full of quinoa dal batter.

Add the prepared filling on top.

Cover the filling with another ladle of batter and cook until golden brown from both sides on a medium-low flame.

Once cooked, cut the sandwich into halves.

Serve with green chutney or any chutney of your choice.
