Add oil to the pan and cook the beef mince.

Add salt, pepper, red chili powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and zeera powder to the cooked mince.

Add chopped green chilies, green spring onions and fresh coriander to the mince.

Mix all ingredients well, set aside and prepare an egg wash.

Take a samosa wrapper and fold it into a cone shape.

Fill the cone with the prepared mince mixture and seal the edges with egg wash.

Repeat this process to make the remaining samosas.

Fry the samosas in hot oil until golden brown.

Serve with aloo bukhara ki chatni.

1 cup beef mince
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon ginger powder
1 tablespoon garam masala

1 tablespoon zeera powder
1 tablespoon chopped green chili
1 handful green spring onions
1 handful fresh coriander
1 egg
8 samose pattiyan (samosa wrappers)
