Directions

  1. 1Add oil to the pan and cook the beef mince.
  2. 2Add salt, pepper, red chili powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and zeera powder to the cooked mince.
  3. 3Add chopped green chilies, green spring onions and fresh coriander to the mince.
  4. 4Mix all ingredients well, set aside and prepare an egg wash.
  5. 5Take a samosa wrapper and fold it into a cone shape.
  6. 6Fill the cone with the prepared mince mixture and seal the edges with egg wash.
  7. 7Repeat this process to make the remaining samosas.
  8. 8Fry the samosas in hot oil until golden brown.
  9. 9Serve with aloo bukhara ki chatni.
