Directions
- 1Add a pound of ground beef to a hot oiled pan, break it up, brown it, and drain it.
- 2Add a packet's worth of your favorite taco seasoning and cook it per the instructions.
- 3Once the taco meat is done, set it aside.
- 4Grab a 9x13 baking dish.
- 5Add two packets of taco rice, one cup of chicken broth, and one jar of salsa to the baking dish.
- 6Fill the empty salsa jar with water and pour it into the baking dish.
- 7Give this all a quick stir.
- 8Bring the taco meat back and sprinkle it on top of the mixture in the baking dish.
- 9Cover the mixture with a bag of Mexican cheese.
- 10Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
- 11Throw it in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
- 12When it comes out of the oven, carefully remove the foil.
- 13Get a tub of store-bought queso, heat it per the instructions in the microwave.
- 14Pour the heated queso right on top of the bake.
- 15Throw it back in the oven for about five more minutes.
- 16When it comes out this time, it's done.
- 17Sprinkle some cilantro on top to make it look fancy.
- 18Grab a fork and enjoy.
