Directions
- 1Peel and cube a few large russet potatoes.
- 2Add the cubed potatoes to a bowl with some olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika.
- 3Shake the bowl around to coat the potatoes evenly with the seasonings.
- 4Add the seasoned potatoes to an air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
- 5Once the potatoes have about 12 minutes left, heat a pan and add 1 pound of ground beef.
- 6Break up the ground beef and season it with the listed seasonings.
- 7Cook the ground beef until it's nice and brown.
- 8Add the crispy potatoes to the pan with the cooked ground beef.
- 9Stir the potatoes and ground beef together.
- 10Top the mixture with shredded cheddar cheese.
- 11Pop the skillet into the oven for a couple of minutes to melt the cheese.
- 12Once out of the oven, drizzle some queso over the top.
- 13Hit it with some fresh cilantro.
- 14Serve up with your favorite taco toppings like sour cream.
- 15Add taco sauce on top.
