Directions

  1. 1将虾去头去壳去虾线
  2. 2将虾肉，虾壳，虾头分开
  3. 3锅里加油，放入虾头，小火煸炒
  4. 4加入葱段翻炒
  5. 5过滤虾油
  6. 6锅里留底油，爆香葱段和姜片
  7. 7放入虾壳和虾头熬汤
  8. 8过滤虾汤
  9. 9虾肉加盐和淀粉抓匀
  10. 10锅里加油，放入虾肉炸至金黄捞出
  11. 11调制酱汁，1勺酱油，1/2勺陈醋
  12. 12将面粉，虾粉，盐，凉水混合，揉成面团，用压面机压制成面条
  13. 13锅里加油，放入炸好的虾肉，加入虾汤翻炒
  14. 14将煮好的面条与炒好的虾肉混合
