Directions

  1. 1In a bowl, add curd, degi red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, coriander stems, fried onions, ghee and mix well.
  2. 2Add boiled eggs, kewra water, rose water and mix well.
  3. 3Transfer the mixture to a handi, place the handi on the gas stove, and cook for 12-15 minutes on low to medium flame.
  4. 4Add water to adjust the consistency and give it a quick boil.
  5. 5Finish with fresh coriander leaves and mix well.
  6. 6Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with coriander sprig.
  7. 7Serve hot with roti or paratha.
