2Season with oregano, paprika, garlic powder, chilli flakes, salt, pepper and olive oil.
3Mix until the color changes.
4Cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes each side, until golden brown.
5Set the chicken aside.
6Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the pan.
7Cook for a minute before adding tomato paste, low fat milk, light cream cheese, pasta water and peri peri sauce.
8Mix until thickened and creamy.
9Add seasoning and fresh parsley.
10Add cooked pasta.
11Give it a final mix.
12Garnish and serve.

Season the chicken on both sides. You can use cubed chicken breast instead
Cook on medium low heat for 3-4 minutes each side
When making the sauce, turn the heat down or off and add all the ingredients. Then turn it back on low heat and use a whisk to stir gently till thick and creamy. You don’t want the sauce to split
