1Add the flour and yogurt to the bowl of your mixer.

3If you don't have a mixer, add the ingredients to a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon or spatula until just combined.
4Use your hands to knead the dough a few times until smooth and it comes together.

Tips
If the dough is too sticky, add 1 tablespoon of flour at a time until smooth and workable.
The dough should be a bit sticky and soft, so flour your work surface and hands well when working with it.
To store unbaked dough, wrap it tightly with plastic wrap (or cut into portions and wrap individually). It lasts 3 days refrigerated or 1 month frozen.
Before using stored dough, let it slowly warm up on the counter to room temperature, still wrapped.
