Take an 8 ounce wheel of Brie and cut off the top, leaving as much paste on as possible. Set the top aside.
Get a round loaf of sourdough and cut off the top like you did with the brie.
Place the brie in the center of the sourdough and cut around the cheese, making sure not to go through the bottom.
Remove the center of the bread and place it aside.
Cut slits around the side of the bread, again making sure not to go all the way down.
Put the bread aside and melt a stick of butter in a bowl. Add 6 cloves of crushed garlic, a sprig of thyme, and 3 sprigs of chopped rosemary. Stir it up.
Baste the bread with the butter mixture, but don't use all of it just yet.
Place the brie inside the bread and score the paste to help the butter seep in.
Baste more butter on top of the cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Set that aside, cut up the bread that you removed from the top and the center of the loaf, and baste them with the remaining butter until evenly coated.
Place the baking sheet in an oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
