Directions
- 1Sift the plain flour into a white bowl.
- 2Add granulated sugar into the bowl.
- 3Add cocoa powder into the bowl.
- 4Whisk all the dry ingredients together in the bowl.
- 5Pour the melted butter into the bowl.
- 6Combine everything together using a spatula.
- 7Place parchment paper into a baking tray.
- 8Add the mixture into the baking tray.
- 9Pat the mixture down to create an even layer.
- 10Brush the top of the mixture with water using a baking brush.
- 11Sprinkle granulated sugar on top of the mixture.
- 12Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes, checking at 20 minutes.
- 13Cut the baked concrete cake into squares.
- 14Serve the chocolate concrete cake with custard.

Tips
