2Peel and cube the sweet potato. Place into a lined baking tray. Spritz with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Toss then place into the oven for 35 minutes.
3Top and tail green beans then set aside.
4Cut the steak into cubes. Place into a bowl, spritz with olive oil then sprinkle over the garlic powder, smoked paprika and oregano along with a pinch of both sea salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Place into the air fryer.
5Once the potatoes have been roasting for 20 minutes, add the steak into the air fryer and air fry at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Toss halfway and check them to not overcook.
6Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the green beans. Cook for 5-6 minutes until softened. Add the balsamic vinegar and minced garlic. Cook for a further minute.
