Directions

  1. 1In a baking pan, add ground beef, stir fried onions with garlic, 2 bell peppers and 1 cup of mushrooms.
  2. 2Add 1/2 cup of whipped cream cheese.
  3. 3Add Italian seasoning, red pepper and salt.
  4. 4Top with thin sliced provolone.
  5. 5Bake at 375F for 10 minutes.

  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 0.5 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp red pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 8 slices thin sliced provolone
