Preheat the oven at 180 degree celsius

Grease a square tin or a round tin with butter and then dust it with some flour

Shift together all the dry ingredients: all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and the salt

In another large bowl cream the butter first for a minute

Add to this the powdered sugar in batches

Add vanilla and condensed milk and again beat it well for around 2 to 3 minutes until it becomes smooth and creamy

Add the prepared flour mixture and the milk alternatively and blend it well

Lastly goes in the vinegar and again blend it

Pour this into the prepared mould

Bake this for around 25 to 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean

Remove it and let it cool down a bit

Run a sharp knife around the edges so that it comes out nicely

Place a plate or a tray on top of the cake tin and then turn it upside down onto the plate

Slowly remove the mould upwards

Turn it upside down onto another plate in which you are serving

0.5 tsp baking soda
1.25 tsp baking powder
0.5 cup/180 sweetened condensed milk
100 gms softened butter
0.75 cup milk
4 tbsp sugar
2 tsp vinegar
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
pinch salt
