Directions

  1. 1Fry off an onion.
  2. 2Add in the chorizo.
  3. 3Add chicken and spices.
  4. 4Add uncooked rice and stock.
  5. 5Cover and let it cook.
  6. 6Add cheese on top.
  7. 7Add more chorizo on top.

  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 400 g diced chicken
  • 100 g chorizo
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 cup stock
  • 1 spices
  • 1 cup cheese
