Directions

1Place cooked rice in a bowl using a rice mold for a neat dome shape.
2Add the cooked sticky Asian beef mince next to the rice.
3Add the smashed cucumber salad to the bowl.
4Drizzle the dish with sauce.
5Garnish with spring onions and fresh chili.
6Mix together smashed cucumber, spring onions, chili flakes, sesame seeds, soy sauce, mirin, and sesame oil in a bowl.
7Ensure the cucumber salad is all coated evenly and set aside.
8Fry onion in a pan with olive oil for a couple of minutes.
9Add beef mince and mushrooms to the pan.
10Once the beef mince is browned, add garlic, oyster sauce, mirin, soy sauce, and sweet chilli sauce.
11Continue to fry on high heat until everything is looking caramelized.
12Stir through spring onion and fresh chili.
