Taco Tater Tot Casserole
Directions
- 1Place a pound of ground beef in a massive skillet.
- 2Brown up your beef, chopping it aggressively.
- 3Add two metric tons of garlic to the browned beef.
- 4Add some onion powder to the mixture.
- 5Add the equivalent of one packet of taco seasoning to the ground beef.
- 6Add half a small jar of salsa to the mixture.
- 7Add half a cup of water for the taco seasoning.
- 8Add one can of drained and rinsed black beans.
- 9Add the rest of the jar of salsa.
- 10Add a bag of frozen corn to the mixture.
- 11Add about a cup of shredded cheese to the mixture.
- 12Top the mixture with an entire 2-pound bag of frozen tater tots, arranging them in a design.
- 13Pop the skillet into a 350-degree oven until the top is a little bit crispy and brown.
- 14After about 20 minutes, top the casserole with more cheese.
- 15Pop it back into the oven until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.

- 1 can Black beans
- 1 cup Cheese
- 2 pound bag Tater tots

Tips
- Do not season over a hot pan to avoid condensation and clumping of spices.
- Arrange tater tots in a design, do not just dump them on.
- Garlic in a jar is much milder than fresh garlic.
