Tips
If you are not into sweets, cut back on blueberry jam.
The recipe is for 4 kilos of pork belly; if using 2 kilos, cut the measurements in half.
Combining sweet blueberry jam and spicy soy bean paste creates a very delicious flavor.
You can use any barbecue sauce, but hickory is preferred for its taste.
To give the skin color, baste the pork belly while it's simmering, making it appear as if it was oven-baked.
